個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:

蘇楊博士,南方科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院研究助理教授,江蘇海洋大學(xué)學(xué)士,南京師范大學(xué)生物學(xué)博士,上海交通大學(xué)和南方科技大學(xué)博士后。主要研究磷酸肌醇的功能和蛋白質(zhì)穩(wěn)態(tài)的代謝調(diào)控。獲國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、深圳市基礎(chǔ)研究面上項(xiàng)目資助。以第一作者或共第一作者在Molecular Cell,mbio,F(xiàn)EBS Journal等雜志上發(fā)表研究論文多篇。入選深圳市高層次人才計(jì)劃。


研究領(lǐng)域:

Culling-ING ligase(CRL)泛素連接酶是最大的E3泛素連接酶群體,介導(dǎo)體內(nèi)總泛素化的20%。CRLs需要被擬素化修飾激活才能行使功能,受去擬素酶CSN復(fù)合體抑制。我們研究CRL擬素化的代謝分子調(diào)控路徑,包括多磷酸肌醇小分子和營養(yǎng)。
